Hi Reader,

I loved hearing back from so many of you about your goals for 2022. How are they going so far? Do you need to make any tweaks? Don't worry if you haven't made as much progress as you wish you had. Learn from what is NOT working and make changes as necessary. And if you are meeting your goals so far, then congratulations! Keep going! As for me, I'm making slow progress on getting ready for a 5K. I have identified a few that I want to run...but the weather hasn't been too conducive for running. I'll keep trying, though. :)

I'm excited to share that I have my most popular class this month (for the 9th year!): Mindfulness and Chocolate: Why We Need Both. It's coming up next Tuesday and it is offered in-person or virtual. Here are the details:
