Is food addiction real?

Hi Reader! Happy New Year! I hope your year is off to a successful start. I always love the start of a new year and the feelings of starting fresh after the holidays. Our holidays were a little different this year with COVID, but overall I loved the extra time at home and with family.

I always love meeting new clients this time of year too, as many of you are feeling extra motivation to be healthy and improve your life. I've got a few different ways to support you this year, both in person and virtual. Today I am highlighting my Intentional Eating 101 Program in my blog post and video.

Have you ever wondered if you have a food addiction or what it even is? I answer that question in my blog post and video. Click on either one to learn more.

Reply to this email to let me know what one of your goals are this year and I'll reply back. One of mine is to run a 5K. I used to be a runner and got out of the habit. I want to get back into running and run a local race.

Here's to a great year for all of us!

So she consulted the internet and became even more confused. "This website says to not eat...
